Optimized synthetic embedding generation and vector normalization in @jeanbot/ai. Replaced per-dimension SHA-256 hashing with a Mulberry32 PRNG seeded by a single hash. Refactored normalizeVector for better performance. Throughput increased from ~110 to ~5555 embeddings/sec (~50x improvement). Added tests and benchmarks.

This commit optimizes the synthetic embedding generation and vector normalization
in `@jeanbot/ai`, achieving a ~50x performance improvement.

Key changes:
- Replaced per-dimension SHA-256 hashing in `syntheticVector` with a single
hash used as a seed for a fast Mulberry32 PRNG.
- Optimized `normalizeVector` using tight for-loops, reciprocal multiplication,
  and mathematical rounding (replacing `toFixed(8)`).
- Centralized vector normalization in `toEmbeddingVectorRecord`.
- Removed redundant normalization calls for OpenAI results (which are already normalized).
- Added a benchmark script and unit tests to verify speed and correctness.

Performance Impact:
- Baseline: ~110 embeddings/sec
- Optimized: ~5555 embeddings/sec
- Improvement: ~50x throughput increase
