Improved JeanBot's interactive CLI and mission execution lifecycle. Added plan approval, real-time progress updates, and enhanced mission management commands.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 12294438974093953724 started by @hackerxj2010

This change improves the JeanBot Python mission runner to provide a more
agentic and user-friendly experience, similar to advanced tools like
Claude Code.

Key improvements:
- Refactored CLI into a structured `InteractiveShell` class.
- Introduced a plan approval gate (Y/n confirmation) before execution.
- Added real-time observability via progress callbacks and ANSI colors.
- Implemented new shell commands: `status`, `plan`, `artifacts`, and `view`.
- Expanded the service layer with mission management and planning methods.
- Supported mission state persistence and retrieval for historical inspection.
