enable Cypress video recording with Chrome browser

This PR enables Cypress video recording with Chrome as the default browser and enhances the video capture capabilities across the test suite.

Browser Configuration

• Switched default browser from Firefox to Chrome for improved video recording support
• Chrome is now the recommended browser for running tests with video recording enabled

Video Recording

• Enabled Cypress video recording in cypress.config.ts
• Set video compression to 32 for optimal file size/quality balance
• Updated GitHub Actions workflows to capture and archive video artifacts from test runs

CI/CD Improvements

• Modified both manual and scheduled test workflows to support Chrome browser tests
• Added artifact archiving for Cypress videos in GitHub Actions
• Videos are now automatically captured and stored as build artifacts when tests run

Documentation

• Updated README.md with video recording information
• Added instructions for running tests with specific browser options
• Documented Chrome as the recommended browser for video recording
