I fixed all issues listed in the readme file.
Typescript inconsistency and errors were fixed. Types were used when they weren't before
Tailwind classes were used consistency in all the code
I added json-server to persist task data. I used react query to have the API state and consume the data in the application with real time updates
I added the delete modal confirmation to delete a task.
