Update default diagram colors to a slate/blue palette, give cards rounded corners and a softer shadow, restyle user story map release labels, and regenerate example images to match.
vite-plugin-elm injects import.meta.hot.accept() calls referencing server-relative .elm paths, which Vite 7 warns about since the plugin has no resolveId hook. Intercept those as virtual modules to silence the warning.
