Summary

preserve fully-qualified model IDs and non-Gemini model IDs when using OpenRouter
only map Gemini aliases to google/* when talking to the official openrouter.ai endpoint
document custom gateway behavior and add coverage for official and custom endpoint cases

Testing

npm run test --workspace packages/core -- openRouterContentGenerator.test.ts
