Update publications content, markup formatting, and GitHub Pages workflow cleanup

Motivation

• Improve publications pages with richer metadata and summaries so individual publication pages are more informative.
• Clean up markup and formatting across components and pages to improve readability and maintain consistent code style.
• Normalize repository files and CI workflow YAML whitespace for a minimal tidy-up and to avoid formatting warnings.

Description

• Added emoji prefixes, concise abstracts, and notes to multiple publication files under src/data/blog/publications/ and removed some placeholder TODO lines.
• Adjusted component and page markup (Header.astro, index.astro, posts/[...page].astro, publications/index.astro) to fix commented JSX, improve conditional rendering formatting, and reformat anchors and lists for consistent indentation.
• Updated README.md table spacing and small whitespace/EOF fixes in package.json and .github/workflows/deploy.yml without changing behavior.
