Removes [@tootallnate/once](https://github.com/TooTallNate/once). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [@tootallnate/once](https://github.com/TooTallNate/once), [npm-check-updates](https://github.com/raineorshine/npm-check-updates) and [sqlite3](https://github.com/TryGhost/node-sqlite3). These dependencies need to be updated together.
