Two near-silent PCM fixtures compressed at 259:1 and 69:1, tripping the
Claude Code plugin install guard ("Suspicious compression ratio ... max
50:1") and blocking the plugin from loading.
Fill their data sections with deterministic ±16 (-66 dBFS) dither —
inaudible but incompressible — dropping both to ~2:1. Headers are
untouched, so the fixtures still decode as the same-length audio tracks
the render tests expect.
Extend the compression-ratio guard test to cover all three bundled WAVs
so a pure-silence fixture can't regress the install payload again.
