@copilot resolve the merge conflicts in this pull request

The merge conflicts were already resolved by Dependabot's rebase. I also fixed the TypeScript 6.0 compatibility issues that were causing CI to fail (commit ce18878):

• Added "types": ["node"] to tsconfig.json — TypeScript 6.0 now requires this to be explicit; without it, all Node.js built-in types (fs, path, os, process, EventEmitter, etc.) produce TS2591 errors
• Added "ignoreDeprecations": "6.0" — tsup's DTS builder internally sets baseUrl, which TypeScript 6.0 deprecated with TS5101

All checks (typecheck, lint, format:check, test, build) now pass locally.
