- Implemented user signup and login routes with role support (admin/user)
- Added GET /problems for fetching all problems
- Added POST /problems (restricted to admin) for adding new problems
- Implemented POST /submissions for code submission
- All data stored in in-memory arrays (users, problems, submissions)
- No judging logic implemented, submissions are marked as "submitted"
- Backend now ready for integration with React frontend
