Adds clickhouse_configured, clickhouse_addr, clickhouse_database, clickhouse_password_configured, and clickhouse_tls_enabled to the configuration summary logged at startup for easier debugging. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
