Adds subarr to the Media section.
subarr is an open-source, self-hosted Docker tool that sits beside Bazarr and subgen (it doesn't replace them): calibrated audio-language detection so Whisper transcribes the right language, a library-wide subtitle coverage view, and a real queue UI for Whisper transcription. Telemetry-honest, runs on Linux/Raspberry Pi.
