I wrote a function to filter users by email and stuck it at the beginning of every command for a bot I was setting up, and I realized it would be nice to have it inside the module instead.
Forgive my editor removing whitespace from the readme. Doesn't look like it affects formatting, but I can put the spaces back if need be.
