…simulations on a simple version of the model. model now includes h (suppressive component of involuntary attention), voluntary attention, and temporal filtering of the excitatory input.
…cumulation (filtered timeseries is r2). tweaked params. this simulation reproduces Model 1 results from previous TA simulations.

The branch "aim 1" is a branch off of "temporal attention". If we merge aim 1, I'm wondering if all the changes in temporal attention will be brought along, too, or not. Another option is for me to merge everything locally and then push to master. But I made pull requests so it's easy for you to see the changes and decide if you want to merge.
