So you can change these milliseconds according to your deposit. I used a 4 channel relay module, but you can use 2 channels. I used a relay to activate the upper pump since it works with 12 volts. Use the other relay to drive the bottom 5 volt pump on the arduino. If you want to understand from the truth table, check the documents that are in the description.
