This PR implements several performance optimizations for Xavier's database layer, drawing inspiration from Turso's architecture:

  1. Batch Inserts: Added insert_*_batch methods to CodebaseDb to perform atomic writes within transactions, significantly speeding up initial indexing.
  2. Lazy Schema Initialization: Tables are now created only upon the first database operation using OnceCell, reducing overhead for inactive projects.
  3. LRU Connection Cache: ConnectionManager now utilizes a moka-based LRU cache to manage active libSQL connection pools, improving resource utilization and handling idle timeouts automatically.
  4. Async Offloading: CPU-intensive tasks such as embedding serialization and FTS indexing are now offloaded to spawn_blocking to prevent blocking the async runtime.

Verified with targeted unit tests for CodebaseDb, ConversationsDb, and ConnectionManager.

Fixes #427

…cache)

- Implemented batch insert methods for all major entities in `CodebaseDb` using libSQL transactions.
- Refactored `CodebaseDb` and `ConversationsDb` to use lazy schema initialization via `tokio::sync::OnceCell`.
- Replaced manual connection eviction in `ConnectionManager` with an LRU cache using the `moka` crate (10 connections capacity, 30m idle timeout).
- Offloaded heavy operations (large embedding batch processing and FTS population) to `tokio::task::spawn_blocking`.
- Optimized batch insert parameters to minimize unnecessary string cloning.
