History of prompts to recreate application from scratch.
I am thinking about macosx app with modern osx look and feel, white background, charcoal style and pastel colors. UX should had look&feel like shadcn components. Icons similar to "Zed Editor"( Zed, Hero, Lucide icons). App should help me plan human resources to different projects, i am in rolle Project Manager. Few use cases: use calendar with working days in one row for whole month, i plan year quarter as forecast for projects. I place employees on days with project. Perfectly only one project per day, but it can happen that there are max 3 projects. Visually whole quarter is shown, one month hat whole row and splittet to month, weeks (with number), and days (working days with date). I will see who on what day is planed to what project. I also need to see how much everybody is planed, if there are free days, or fully planed. I plan for each employee in my team. Need to see all on one screen. But different scaling on month, or quarter. Each project has own color (label, tag) Other usecase is : quarterly forecast call with me and my ceo, showing quartal data. We analyse next 3 month in quartal. Team total capacity pro month in days, List on current running projects (name, client name, topic, budget, starting or end dates). Then available team capacity in days. Then "must win opportunities) with volume and possible starting date. Then alternative Opportunities for projects with same (volume, starting date, name and client name). Then available open team capacity after all oportunities. As last - notes. Also we habe same for next quarter for year, and also next to it same for one more next quarter. Try to find best UI to this usecases. Analyze else ideas over internet for project planing and resource management. Provide slick looking application vision. It should be clickable and cover this usecases fully. I want to be able make inputs, see results, calendar and qfc planing values.
In the Resource Planner, add a legend that explains what each pastel color signifies for projects.
In the Resource Planner, add a button next to each employee name that allows the user to assign a project to that employee for the currently selected date.
Resource Plan - if i switch to Quarter view i need to see 3 rows with 3 month from selected quarter, current one has to be labeled. Implement this view switch
One more usecase. I need versions of the states. Each Quarter or even Month need to be new version, i want to have kind "time machine" to see history of my project plans.
I would like to split Resource Plan Quarter view to 3 time each month row, one below other and not on single row long. Employee list should be same - 3 times
No, this is wrong. I just wanted to see same as Month view, but 3 times. So i have month calender but for whole Quarter.Try to feet window width and break Monthes down to fill hight. Current view of this part is not usable

For "Quartery Forecast" view and part "Current Quartal" i need to see inside this card also split for monthes (3 month) for capacities in PTs (days)
Perfect but i need it for "Team Capacity total", "available team capacity" (without vacation, other leavings) and "team capacity optimistic"(after all opportunities are planed)
For "Quartery Forecast" view and part "Quartal" (for all) i need to see project posible start date on each project line, where budget is shown.
Use colored icon for projects. Each project should have a small colored icon from icon library next to its name that matches the project's assigned pastel color in the Resource Planner. This will help visually link projects across different sections of the app.
Search Internet and add some example data for projects as "must win opportunities" and "alternative opportunities" with volume and possible starting date.
Make view of 3 versions:
- Inital Q4 2025 Plan
- Addjusted Q4 2025 Plan after QFC Call
- Preparing Q1 2026 Plan
Each version should be selectable from a dropdown at the top of the Resource Planner. When a version is selected, all data in the planner and quarterly forecast view should update to reflect that version's plan.
Now i miss other quarters except current on "Quarterly Forecast" view. Please show it again like it was in previous version.
Also there is no need to switch on version on "Resource Plan" view. It should always show current version only. Versioning is for whole state, only last version is editable.
Add some buttons on appropriate places:
- to export current state as Excel for further analysis and sharing with stakeholders.
- to export current plan as Excel for further analysis and sharing with clients.
- create powerpoint slide from Quarterly Forecast view for presentation to CEO.
- create request to Factura team to create SAP Account with proper budget.
Make current quarter "Q4 2025" on "Quarterly Forecast" view editable for me as PM. I want to change values for "must win opportunities" and "alternative opportunities" directly in this view.
Nice, i like it. On view "Quarterly Forecast" actually is Q1 as current quarter. Please fix it to Q4 2025.
In Resource Plan view, make option to easy add new project to day cell when already project was planed on this day. Make also drag and drop of planed projects over days for one single employee (only within row). Let me also add multiple project at once if i click on day cell and select multiple projects from list.
In Resource Plan view, if i am mouse hover day for single person, place add button on bottom of cell to add new project to this day for this employee.
Give me option on Resource Plan view to plann whole month for single employee to single project with one click on project label in project list. Let me mark week days first like (monday, friday so that employee is planed for this days whole month to this project).
Current state shows some project assignments for Oktober 2025, please make also some 90% team capacity planing to soka bau projects in November 2025 and December 2025 for Dana Turocman and Max Berreichsleiter full, me 75% time.
If i switch between Views and go back to Resource Plan, please switch to current month (November 2025 for now) view automatically. Later you can implement remember last state per view and make it customizable in settings.
Implement View for:
- "Manage" - "Team" - "Employees". Here i can add, edit, remove employees from team. Each employee has: Name, Role, Skills (list of tags), Availability (working days per month in percent), Contact Info (email, phone), Notes (text area for additional info). Also option to upload profile picture.
- "Manage" - "Projects". Here i can add, edit, remove projects. Each project has: Name, Client Name, Topic, Budget, Start Date, End Date, Status (Active, Completed, On Hold), Color Tag (for Resource Planner), Notes (text area for additional info).
- Versions Plus button should show dialog to create new version with name and description.
"Quarterly Forecast" view - definition what Quarter should be showed. Based on current Date show current quarter of year (its Q4 2025 for now) and 2 next (Q1 2026 and Q2 2026).
In Quarterly Forecast view, i have negativ Capacity for current Q4 2025, please change data to make it positiv.
In Quarterly Forecast view, for last Quarter make data that team is not full planed, basicaly very under planed.
Add Opportunities and add alternative opportunities should be possible for all Quarters in "Quarterly Forecast" view, not only for current one.
You made in one of previous steps "Resource Plan" view broken. I liked it before. Please restore it to previous working state with month view in single row for month, weeks and days. Specialy Quarter resolution view.
Thats still not the "Resource Plan" Month and Quarter view i found good earlier. Please reimplement view we had few implementations befor.
On "Resource Plan" Month and Quarter view, Column Employee was better in earlier stages. Please provide more information to employe about coapacity and planing status. Like total capacity in days, planed days, free days, percentage planed.
Please provide internatonalization (i18n) support for the application. Implement language selection option in settings with at least two languages: English and German. All static text in the application should be translatable based on the selected language. Default app language should be German. Create something on clicking "Settings" in Main Menu. Make some basic settings. Language switch.
Make versions place for list of version in main menu little bit brighter to see better all versions.
Some one can only work (make changes) when in main menu only latest (top) version is selected. Otherwise for all other older versions "Resource Plan" and "Quarterly Forecast" is only in read only mode and not editable. All buttons are not visible. If latest version is selected version im main menu is edatable in other main menus like its now.
In Resource Plan view, if i am mouse hover day for single person and already planed day, i want to be able to remove it with click on smal icon for removal.
For main menu Versions, please try to imagine something like timeline ui component to use, not simple list. Each version should be represented as a point on timeline with name and date. Current version should be highlighted.
In Resource Plan view - Legend. I like more if it would inside dialog on button click, not always visible on screen.
In Resource Plan view - Month card became y-axis scrollbar, make card full hight to see all employees without scrolling.
Think about implementation of new feature: Resource Planning & Capacity Management As a PM, I want to see team utilization heatmaps so I can instantly identify over-allocated (>100%) and under-allocated (<50%) team members across all projects. As a Bereichsleiter, I want to see cross-project resource conflicts when the same employee is planned on multiple critical projects simultaneously, so I can make prioritization decisions during QFC calls. As a PM, I want to allocate partial days (e.g., 50% Project A, 50% Project B) instead of full days only, to reflect realistic work splits on smaller projects. As a PM, I want to mark vacation, sick days, and training for team members so capacity calculations automatically exclude non-working days.
I want one more feature to be added: Advanced Capacity & Conflict Management Public Holidays & Absences: "As a PM, I want public holidays (based on location) and personal vacations to visually block days in the calendar automatically, so that I don't accidentally plan work on non-working days."

Project & Financial Planning
As a Bereichsleiter, I want to see project profitability forecasts comparing planned hours vs budget, so I can identify margin risks before projects start. As a PM, I want to link resource plans to project milestones so I can align team allocations with project phases and deliverable deadlines. As a Bereichsleiter, I want revenue forecasts by client for next 4 quarters based on planned projects, so I can identify revenue gaps needing new business development.
I have new feature to implement:
Application Role
There are three roles you can have if you login to application: employee, project manager, and bereichsleiter (division manager). As a Bereichsleiter (division manager), I want to see QFC over teams and for team special, also all employees by filer, and from project perspective. As a PM, want manage my projects, team and do report QFC to Bereichsleiter, Plan my team and give them review, feel status or if someone is overburn. As a employee, i want see my calender, planing, tasks, projects and report my status to PM. I want see how much and what days i am planed for what project. I like to see others from my team also.
I want you place "Financial" menu item from main menu to "planing" after "Quarterly Forecast" menu item. Also on versions, add time (HH:mm) to existing mocked versions. After that, also add "current" ("Aktuell") label to current date Month in Resource Plan view.
Financial view - charts are missing in Revenue Forecast (4 Quarters). I would like to see some content and visualization here. What would you propose, implement your idea. To task before for "Finance" bars. Use chart colors from earlier defined theme. Be more like shadcn with pastel styled colors and charcoal lines. Use colors from projects, add also icons to lists.
Fix look of the timeline circle icon for version item placement. It too far from time vertical line itself. or need other horizontal line to connect it better.
Add application version. Current version will be 1.1.0. Show it in main menu footer with small text. Maybe in same line with "Settings" link.
Use main font Inter from google https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Inter Find cdn link.
Check in Financial View - Project Profitability & Margins, what project i want to show, order, and some filters, maybe predefined filters, search.
Use localStore from browser to save current planing data, project, customers and all other infos. So that after app restart all data is still there. Make possible to create readable snapshots of the states as versions showed on main menu.
As pm and employee, i want to click on Employee card inside Team overview, or in Calender where left employee list is shown and land on employee "main overview" page view content.
Use react router package and all navigation over router inside app. Each view should have own route. Main menu links should use router links. I want to be able to share link to specific view with someone else. Also navigate back and forward with browser buttons.
Use react shadcn and tailwind standards and add animations to whole app. Make smooth transitions between views, hover effects on buttons and cards, loading spinners where needed. Gives app an modern and polished feel, kind sci-fi animations but try to stay kinde graphical ascii minimalistic style.

I like this animation, please change main Icon to "brain-circuit" on top in center of dialog, but leave this nice ascii spinner animation and sci-fi indicator ot bottom. Change spinner after text "Processing via Gemini 3 Pro" to something that goes right to left and than back like scanning line. Review result showing dialog ui and ux style. Make it more consisten to app look and feel, but be creative and add some sci-fi terminal style to it too.
For Quarterly Forecast view, on AI Analyze dialog, review results showing dialog ui and ux style. Remove "macosx window" but leave scrollable content area. After AI analysis response will be text as Markdown or text with new lines and "**" marks, also lists like 1, 2, 3. Provide lists as lists, make showing every list item as own item, visualize that. Make it more consisten to app look and feel, but be creative with showing this text dynamicaly add some scyfi effects, kind report from space ship display in the feature with doted lines maybe and other visuals. Be more than creative, maybe split text parts appart, see what can be shown how. Here is example of the text response from AI:

**Handlungsempfehlungen**
1. **Selektive Akquise:** Die Restkapazität erlaubt *nicht* beide alternativen Projekte. Entscheiden Sie sich strategisch zwischen dem "E-Shop Relaunch" (40T, füllt Kapazität komplett) oder dem "Security Audit" (15T, lässt Puffer).
2. **Frontloading forcieren:** Planen Sie die intensive Phase von "Rampe 160" und "ÜBA 2.0" zwingend für Oktober/November (je 80T Kapazität), um den kurzen Dezember zu entlasten.
3. **Scope-Freeze für "Rampe 160":** Da das Projekt neu "aktiv" ist, muss sofort ein striktes Change-Management etabliert werden, um Scope Creep zu verhindern, der die Q4-Reserve gefährden würde.
In Settings dialog make language change and AI settings on same dialog, no need to split it to tabs. For AI settings make input field for API key with label "AI API Key". Make also checkbox "Enable AI Features" to enable or disable AI features in app. Icon should be lucide "bot" icon. If disabled, all AI related buttons and dialogs are hidden and not usable. For disabled - icon is "bot-off" from lucide. If enabled, API key must be set to use AI features. Provide button to save settings. Store settings in localStorage of browser. If API key is set, show it as "*" for security. Make possible also to remove API key with this interface view from settings and localStorage.
Add marker also to current day in Resource Plan calender view. Add also button to scroll and change month to current day. Then, check "current" label for latest version in main menu. Its kind too big, review it in meaning app style. Maybe add some more space between label and right border, or place it after version tag/name.
Allways show AI Analysis button on Quarterly Forecast view, dialog for AI should check if API Key and AI settings are enabled and start AI request if so, showing current spinners, but if ai is disabled show other content that motivate user got to setings and setup ai setting. Explain that own gemini key can be used but it stays localy only in browser localStorage.
I like it, in AI Analysis dialog if AI is disabled, review icon placement near test "Gehen Sie zu Einstellungen (unten links), um den KI-Zugriff zu konfigurieren." Also then replace main icon to "brain-circuit" lucide icon. Also then change "close/cancel" button to one for going open settings dialog directly from here, but close current for ai analysis. So user can easy go to settings from this dialog.
Improve capacity calculation logic. Make sure that when multiple projects are assigned to a single day for an employee, the total planned capacity does not exceed 100%, only if wanted manually overallocated. If it does, highlight the day with an special icon to indicate overallocation.
On Resource Plan view, implement showing statistic data for month over team and projects. Show total planned days, free days, overallocated days in percentage for whole team and per project. Show this data in a card above the calendar for month view. Do it in smaller size, i dont want it takes much place on screen. Maybe as one, or two liners, kind like running text with icons, but not that match disturbing, more like info line. Please make it even smaller, no need to wrap it in to card. just place as text over month card on top, align to right overallocated statistics should be showed in days, not percentage. add appropriate tooltips to this bar items, with translations
Calender month card, has vertical scrollbar currently, because few pixels in hight. Please check why and make hight take so much place, that is need without scrollbar to see all employees.
Calendar month card shows days count per month. Its not translated, also make it more present, maybe show under Month name and Year like as small text only. This information is interesting but not that important for this view. Please place day count on same line to month name and year, after year and between "current" label. But make it smaller and base line higher, kind like exponent
On Resource Plan view, on drag and drop project assignments to day cell, disable move projects not only to cell where same project is assigned, but also to cells where leaves/absence(sick,vacation, training ) are assigned.
On Resource Plan view, after click to "Today" button, please scroll to current day in calender view, current day should be visible, not only change month to current month.
Change APP main icon in main menu. Use lucide "cooking-pot" icon for app main icon on top of main menu. Change app name to "IBs QFC Kitchen" and long title to "IBsolution QFC Planing and Forecast Application".
Add AI capability also to Resource Plan view. It should be kind chat window on bottom right corner, with lucide "bot" icon. When clicked, it opens chat dialog where user can ask questions about current resource plan data, like "Show me overallocated employees", "What is the total planned capacity for November 2025?", "Are there any resource conflicts?". AI language should match app language. Also implement same logic for checking if AI is enabled and API key is set in settings. If not, show message to go to settings to enable AI features. Chat area should not disturbing, its not main feature of the app. Calendar overview has priority. Make chat area small and collapsable. Style this chat area like futuristic minimalistic terminal with sci-fi effects, but keep it readable and usable. Add some ascii art effects, spinners and animation to make it more engaging.
Make chat area window brighter in width. Adjust colors to be more readable, else be even more creative.
Use other model for ai chat, not Gemini 3 pro, gemini-2.5-pro or models/gemini-flash-lite-latest. After that analyze shadcn ai components for chat and implement similar ui and ux for this chat area in Resource Plan view. Do not make it feels like chat bot, more like ai assistant for resource planning. I like how current chat area looks like, left window as is, make it double in width, but half in height. Use shadcn ai components style like inside interaction in this content.
Minimized chat area has wrong icon, please use "bot" icon from lucide icons and make this minimized button on bottom right corner of Resource Plan view smaller.
I want to have changelog dialog open if click on version of application showed on main menu footer. Show changelog data for current version 1.1.0 with data from git history summarized about what was changed in this version. Use lucide "book-marked" icon for dialog. Show content with some scyfi effects, kind report from space ship display in the feature with doted lines maybe and other visuals. Be more than creative
Improve capacity calculation logic. Default, without user interaction you allways split 8 hours between assigned projects. User should be able to overwrite this default behavior and set custom working hours per project per day. Implement this by clicking on day cell with multiple projects assigned, show dialog to set percentage allocation per project for that day. Make sure total does not exceed 100% unless user wants overallocation. Review assignment dialog. Left other parts as it is.
Make Daily Schedule Section smaller. Do not calculate in percent but in hours from 1 to 8 Consider split dialog to two columns layout for daily schedule if more then one project selected ?
Show assignment to projects in daily cell with days and not percent. Check colors inside Day Management dialog, should match app. Pastel colors and charcoal style
Resource Plan view - Calendar - projects in daily cell should show days and not percent Dialog for assignment to projects - dont properly show selected day in title.
Resource Plan view - day cell of calendar shows project as items. Please always show hours planed for this day in project. Default its 8 hours, replace current display as days. If only one project planed for day and it has 8 hours, do not show this hour number.
Mark absence tab inside Resource Plan view on assignment dialog. There is not need to repeat absence over month. But i would like to be able to add count of days to assign it to more than one day, starting selected day. So if i select 10th November and assign vacation for 3 days, it will assign vacation for 10th, 11th and 12th November.
Do not switch selected day if assingment in day cell from calendar is made. Keep selected day as it is before assignment dialog was opened, or cell or project inside cell was clicked, removed or moved (dragedropped).
We used dark theme for Resource Plan AI chat area and Quarter AI Analysis dialog before. Please find out in git which one was that and restore dark theme for this chat area and Quarter AI Analysis dialog. Do not change how changelog dialog looks like.
Quarter Forecast view - should take running projects based on current resource planing data. Same for capacity calculations. Please implement this logic to have real data shown here.
Resouce Plan view Ai Assistent view. If you click to close, clean up chat history and content. Next time when you open it, its fresh chat again. Minization should keep chat history.
Review whole app, make ui and functionality more consistent. Use similar paddings, margins, font sizes, colors everywhere but different for groups like: main views, ai chat area and analyze report, and version changelog. Make sure all buttons have same hover and active states. Check alignment of text and icons. Overall polish the look and feel to be more professional and cohesive. Do not change Calender look and functionality, only polish ui. Also check consitancy of functionality for all main views, they need to feels same in meaning of usage and ux interactions and feeling. Dont break current functionality and current look and feel of the app ui/ux.
Update changelog dialog content only for application version 1.1.0 based on git commit history. Keep look&feel as it is.
