you should also add the Idefix_PROBLEM_DIR option to the documentation in doc/source/reference/makefile.rst

This patch propose to use ccache in the test suite so it reduces the build time.
Ccache is compatible with
clang,gcc,nvccand in depending on community feedback supported by icpx (https://ccache.dev/platform-compiler-language-support.html).The way to use it for intel (and all compiler) with cmake is : https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/dpcpp-cpp-compiler/developer-guide-reference/2025-2/ccache.html
Usage in the test suite is just to add the option
-ccachewhen calling the test script.
