feat: added main language section & project settings

• doubled the width on the template
• added highest trained language section to fill the extra width
• added vercel start script for dev
• added cols to easily manage col calculation
• moved leaderboard section to the end
• moved rank section to the start

Sorry for the late reply.

Your contribution looks great. However, it would be ideal to keep the current format and add a configuration-level option for the format you’re proposing (similar to how colors are handled). I think the best approach would be to keep the existing format as the default, since it’s already being used elsewhere.

If it’s not too much to ask, I’ll keep an eye out for your update. Otherwise, as soon as I have some time, I’ll review it and make the adjustment myself.
