Reverted Catch to version v2.13.10.
Replaced 'catch_amalgameted.cpp' and 'catch.amalgameted.hpp' with the standalone 'catch.hpp'.
Minor adjustments in the Makefile and 'tests.cpp' to reflect the changes.
