CellFileAngles-1.0

This is first release of the CellFileAngles plugin for ImageJ.

CellFileAngles can be used to identify cell files within labeled images of plant tissues, and measure the angles of cell boundaries with the medial axis of the cell line.

This version finalizes the graphical user interface, and allows printing the results on the log file.
