Fixes inaturalist/inaturalist#4007. Exact matches of scientific names are ranked higher than common names
My approach was to make projects, search and taxa autocomplete all use the same code, since they all have the same behavior, but were all previously implemented differently. The new elastic query builder will allow desired ranking and filtering behavior to be applied to all autocomplete instances at once. A future improvement would also use the elastic query builder in places and users autocomplete.
