Describe your PR
Add documentation for integrating Reactotron in Expo projects that target both the native and web platforms. The new documentation page combines the react-native and react-js guides for universal Expo projects.
I also added links to the new Expo page from other pages where I felt it would have been useful to have them.
This is due to an issue I ran into having only added Reactotron for native. Opening the app in the browser resulted in very unhelpful errors, and I was very confused until I remembered I had added Reactotron the other day.
