Replace Azure archive mirrors (azure.archive.ubuntu.com) with standard archive.ubuntu.com in apt sources before running playwright install --with-deps. Azure mirrors are unreachable from GitHub Actions runners, causing apt-get to hang indefinitely until the job exceeds the max execution time. Also add timeout-minutes: 10 as a safety net and run apt-get update explicitly before playwright's internal apt calls.
