Remove tanstack-start and react-router framework samples. MSAL itself requires them to be in SPA mode to work correctly, but if you have a SPA you're most likely not using the framework versions anyway. Keeping them and catering to their breaking changes in minors, and lack of support for vite 8 isn't worth it just yet, but might be valuable to add later.
