@jonathan-taylor Dependabot will manage your dependencies. Once merged into main it will create pull requests for the dependencies in use. Of course, this will run through all tests and hence such updates come only with very mild levels of risk |

Looking at these older PRs it seems our source files still have the \ref. I think the versions of the notebooks here seem to have them corrected. We should correct these in current source. |
