Note: Not relevant for this PR, but could this be missing the resources for that are included in this library? Like the icons for the edit screen and such?
I remember there being a similar issue with barcode

Not needed. SPM automatically processes .xcassets within the target's source directory. Confirmed working in the capacitor-camera example app via SPM.
