I added functions in Rendering that draw a dot or a dash starting at a given location. The functions use a parameter in parameters.h to deicde how long a dot and a dash are.
Added functions which allow the user to draw the Morse code representation of a character or string on a given row. Includes an additional parameter which is used to dictate how many pixels are between the end and start of individual dots or dashes.
Added STOPs to the arrays for morse code because otherwise the loop would keep reading memory and would print out whatever the compiler liked to put there. Also fixed bounds for the string and char that make it so we do not write overtop of other dots, dashs, and letters.
User is able to draw morse code on the display to the first row only currently. This is due to not having too good rows right now. User writes it over UART, command is formatted as <string> <red color level> <blue color level> <green color level>
