Add HPhi spinless fermion chain standard mode

Summary

• Add HPhi Standard-mode support for canonical SpinlessFermion on chain lattices
• Generate spinless hopping-only transfer terms and map the model to CalcModel 7
• Allow MomentumIndex for SpinlessFermion chains while rejecting unsupported non-chain lattices and non-hopping term families

Validation

• Built HPhi after the StdFace submodule update
• Ran the SpinlessFermion Standard-mode symmetry regression
• Ran the full symmetry-labeled regression set
• Ran whitespace checks for both HPhi and StdFace diffs

Notes

• Density interactions remain out of scope and are intentionally rejected for this step
• HPhi-side tests and the submodule pointer update will be handled in the dependent HPhi PR
