New consumer that writes directly to netCDF files.
This PR is WIP, open points:
Depends on Add option for batching time slices in the xarray consumer #14 which should be merged first
Arrays of Structures aren't read correctly from the netCDF file (when opening from the DBEntry).
test_netcdf_consumer.pyshould be improved so it checks more data and can catch this problem as wellN.B. fixed in Include metadata variables for (arrays of) structures in
to_xarrayIMAS-Python#112. We require a new IMAS-Python release to make the CI in this PR succeed.
