This implements some of the feedback from @MireilleSchneider:

1. Fix typo in exercise 1c
2. Allow confirming rename by pressing enter key
3. Update labels in IDS exporter such that they include NetCDF files
4. Clarify exercise 5c and documentation to make clear that you can use NetCDF file paths instead of URIs
5. Clarify plasma shape editor training docs
