Claude Code GTM Engineering Framework

The folder architecture, governance layer, knowledge hierarchy, and AI agent system for running full go-to-market operations with Claude Code. Built for B2B SaaS growth teams, GTM engineers, and revenue operations leaders.

What This Is

A governance-first framework for structuring Claude Code projects to run GTM operations at scale. It covers every channel a B2B SaaS company needs:

  • Paid Acquisition - LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads campaign management, bidding, creative strategy, audience targeting, and ABM
  • Outbound - Cold email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, list building, enrichment, and signal-based prospecting
  • Revenue Operations - CRM automation, pipeline management, lead routing, lead scoring, and attribution
  • Content - Social media, SEO, thought leadership, and organic LinkedIn growth
  • Analytics - Cross-channel measurement, reporting, dashboards, and benchmarks

How It Works

Three layers, completely separated:

  1. Knowledge Layer - Strategy, methodology, best practices per channel. Never calls APIs.
  2. Execution Layer - API bots and scripts that make real operations happen. LinkedIn API, Meta API, Google Ads API, CRM integrations.
  3. Context Layer - Per-client data, ICPs, account IDs, deliverables. Completely isolated per client.

A governance project oversees everything: audits structure, reviews proposals, applies changes only after human approval.
