Groups only need to exist in Cognito/Identity Center. Membership is dynamic: - Identity Center: Google SAML federation syncs members automatically - Cognito: Google IdP sign-in carries group claims (pre-token trigger or SAML) The provisioner now only creates groups and assigns permission sets.
