Cached qmd-not-available / collection-missing states for 5 minutes defeated the lazy retry in memory_search when qmd was installed mid-session, and made setupQmdCollection re-run on the next search. Split the TTL so positive results stay cached for 5 minutes while negatives expire after 5 seconds, and seed the collection cache to true after a successful setupQmdCollection.
