Minor update on initial release

Potential bugfix: there might be glitches in the graphics when launching from medium resolution
Packaging: add a .st disk image in addition to the .msa
Packaging: add the tags to the git bundle
Behind the scenes: change the way disk images are generated, and simplify the release process
