Restrict clause fields to mapping allowances

Summary

• derive clause-specific field enums from the mapping configuration and default to all clauses when none are specified
• wire clause inputs to their dedicated enums, exposing them in the union only when fields remain valid
• regenerate the GraphQL schema so the new enums surface and disallowed clause/field combinations disappear
