LPR_Project

License Plate Recongtion Project , use OpenCV 2.0 version

Declare:
	This project is based on CMake + OpenCV 2.0 version in Linux.
	
Method:
	a. Directory LPR_v0 or LPR_v1 contains the source and some example images. 
	b. if you want to rebuild this project,you must install cmake software,but 
	if you not,you could just cd to the build directory ,and just enter the 
	command like this :
	$ ./bin/LPR_EXE ../images/IMG_20130527_14523.jpg
