…ovements - Design categories: allows creating design awards (Best Animal, Best Detail, etc.) and assigning racers to categories during check-in or via the awards editor - Car pass printable: prints each car photo with their design category entries - Voting: filters ballot to show only eligible racers for design awards, auto-closes modal after vote selection, Save button replaces Back button - New DesignEntries table added to schema - New AJAX endpoints for design entry management

This adds support for design award categories (e.g., Best Animal, Best Detail, Most Patriotic) with the following capabilities:
Tested across two race seasons with 87+ racers across 10 patrols.
