If you added any new important support documents to the repository, make sure that those documents are listed above and that they are referenced and linked in the appropriate areas of the repository (e.g., Project Startup Guide, Management Approach, etc.).
Make sure that feature documentation exists for each feature that you worked on during the semester.
If your teams initiated work that was not fully completed by the end of the project period, you should write a brief memo in the feature documentation to the next class that will take up this work. This memo should identify 1) what was accomplished, 2) what remains to be accomplished, and 3) what the next step of the incoming team should be. If the partially completed work is on a particular branch, also make note of what branch the incoming team should use to continue your work.
To protect the privacy of team members and individuals that may have participated in customer discovery activities, check and verify that no personally identifiable information was uploaded to the GitHub repository. If you find any personally identifiable information, make sure that it is purged from the repository.
