This removes some duplication from the bindings listed in joerc, using ^^A instead of three bindings for A, a and ^A, or ^@A instead of two bindings for A and a.

Most of the failures were down to the test scripts not understanding the new syntax. Two don't seem to be, though: not clear what's happening there. |
