Die Paketversionen für Tests und Systemabhängigkeiten wurden aktualisiert, um Sicherheits- und Funktionsverbesserungen zu erhalten. In der Klasse CSubStation wurde der Zugriff auf das statische Dictionary SubStations durch ein Lock-Objekt thread-sicher gestaltet, um Race Conditions bei parallelem Zugriff zu vermeiden.
