• add a new Next.js web app for the CodeGraphy website landing/account/auth prototype
• wire apps/* into the pnpm workspace and root web dev command
• document website/account/pro-package terminology and the website implementation plan

• pnpm --filter @codegraphy-dev/web typecheck
• pnpm --filter @codegraphy-dev/web build
• pre-commit monorepo typecheck and lint-staged checks
