Summary

Orchestrator setup and Specifier contract for Trello #201: C# Upgrade.

This PR runs the CodeGraphy Loop for upgrading examples/example-csharp with a support audit, believable example workspace, acceptance coverage, and final quality gates.

• Human-owned acceptance spec Markdown requires approval before final commit.

• Setup: git diff --check
• Specifier: static support audit and acceptance impact scan complete
• Not yet run: focused analyzer inventory/tests, because this fresh worktree currently has no node_modules (tsx/vitest missing). Coder should hydrate dependencies before red/green work.
