Add Accept and Content-Type shortcut flags

Closes #312

Adds --accept and --content-type as request header shortcuts. The shortcuts are applied after --header and --header-file, so they win on conflicts while other custom headers keep working.

Validation:

• go test -short ./src/internal/service ./src/internal/cmd
• mage test build
• golangci-lint run --timeout=5m --new-from-rev=origin/main

Note: mage preflight currently fails on unchanged baseline lint issues in cli/src/internal/service/format_table.go, cli/src/internal/service/repeat.go, and cli/src/internal/cmd/mcp.go.
