Print keybindings from the command line

Closes #334.

Summary:

• add grut keys for grouped keybinding output
• add --filter for section, key, and action matches
• add --json for stable tool output

Validation:

• go build ./...
• go test ./cmd ./internal/keybindings -count=1
• mage preflight
