Closing. Keeping the thermoworks CLI focused on device and temperature features: probes, alarms, device health, and live and archived readings. A thaw planner doesn't read device data, so it's out of scope here. |

Adds an offline
thawcommand and SDK planner for safe prep timing. It estimates fridge or cold-water thaw windows, can work backward from a ready time, and includes JSON output plus a profile list.Validation:
