enable-secret-scanning-on-repositories.sh, a script that enables secret scanning and related features (push protection, AI detection, non-provider patterns, validity checks) on all repositories in an organization or from a file list. Supports both public and private repositories, with logic to handle Advanced Security requirements for private repos. Includes dry-run mode, structured feature selection, detailed status reporting, and error handling.
