Added a simple homepage (index.html) linking to all micro projects for better navigation, with a CSS for styling and JS to load the projects dynamically :D

Added a simple homepage (index.html) linking all micro projects for easier navigation. Included a CSS file for styling and a JS script that dynamically loads the projects.
