This pull request enhances the documentation for managing Platform Organizations and Connected Merchants in the integration guide. It introduces a new step-by-step guide for setting up a Platform Organization via the dashboard, updates the documentation structure to include this guide, and expands the feature list for Platform-Connected setups to clarify supported capabilities.

platform-org-and-merchant-setup.md, replaced the "Roadmap" section with a "Supported Features" section that explicitly lists all currently supported capabilities for Platform-Connected setups, including payments, refunds, disputes, webhooks, shared customers/payment methods, analytics, SDK integration, and audit trail.These changes improve clarity and usability for users setting up and managing Platform Organizations and Connected Merchants.
